Use the mail client you know.

Configure an existing mooncci Mail mailbox. This page does not create accounts or check whether a mailbox exists.

Your email

Supports only @mooncci.site. Characters and case before @ are preserved. Quoted and internationalized addresses are unsupported. No password is collected. The email is not saved to your site account, browser storage or analytics. It is submitted only when generating Apple configuration and kept briefly in service memory.

Incoming and outgoing username:Your full email address. SMTP authentication is required and uses the same password as incoming mail.

Set up your client

Thunderbird
  1. Choose to add an existing mail account, then enter your name, full email address and password.
  2. Check that discovered settings match the table above. If discovery is unavailable or fails, choose manual configuration.
  3. Choose SSL/TLS for both IMAP and SMTP and “Normal password” authentication. Password authentication must take place inside an encrypted TLS connection.
Apple Mail

Download an unsigned profile for Apple Mail only, not the Gmail app. The file contains no password, certificate, MDM, VPN or proxy.

  1. Enter your email above, then generate and download the profile. On iPhone or iPad, open this page in Safari.
  2. Allow the download when asked. In Settings, open “Profile Downloaded” (or General → VPN & Device Management), review the contents and confirm installation yourself.
  3. Enter your own mailbox password during installation or in Mail settings. On macOS, confirm profile installation in System Settings.
  4. Verify incoming 993, outgoing 465 and SSL. TLS must be active when connecting. Do not accept insecure connections or certificate warnings.

If your device rejects the download or profile, manually add an “Other” mail account using the connection settings.

Gmail · iOS / Android
  1. Tap your avatar → Add another account → Other (IMAP). Labels may vary by version.
  2. Enter your full email address and mailbox password. Manually set the incoming server to mail.cuegroveapp.com, port 993，SSL/TLS。
  3. Set the outgoing server to mail.cuegroveapp.com, port 465, SSL/TLS. Enable authentication and use your full email address as the username.

Gmail may not read Mozilla Autoconfig. If automatic detection fails, use the manual settings above.

Outlook & other clients

Clients supporting standard IMAP can use the settings above. Exchange / Autodiscover is not provided; automatic detection is not guaranteed.
